ASHRAE Level 1 Energy Audit

A basic but thorough audit of all energy-consuming systems/load along with a walk-through audit of the space to determine important metrics integral to your energy consumption. This includes a detailed in a report describing observation and clear energy management objectives in a timed energy strategy.

ASHRAE Level 2 Energy Audit

A detailed audit of energy-consuming systems/load, including a survey of time of use and peak consumption. This also includes analysis of the core and shell  of the building, inclusive of materials analysis. The report describes observations, energy-saving opportunities, peak savings, retrofit design (if any) and applicable retrofit grant analysis.

ASHRAE Level 3 Energy Audit

Rigorous audit inclusive of modeling and high-level analysis, and weather data analysis. This type of audit has been discussed by Department of Energy Software (USDoE).
