#2 Clevedale, Grazettes, Barbados. The EnerScope team, led by Marcus carried out detailed energy audits of two properties slated for resale. A report was made from EnerScope to the client, discussing the condition of the building, along with systems and materials would be needed to retrofit the house to be completely energy-efficient, with the Passivhaus standard as a benchmark. The report also revealed a timeline for completion of the
retrofit and the estimated costs and value of the retrofit. The CAD plans and contract administration documents that EnerScope prepared for this project, were all successfully executed.
